North U Learn the Racing Rules covers the Racing Rules of Sailing with a focus on the Rules of Part II - When Boats Meet. Hosted by former US Sailing Racing Rules Committee Chairman and racing champion David Dellenbaugh, the Learn the Racing Rules course provides clear fundamental explanation of the rules for newer racers while providing insights on the nuances of the rules for experienced racers. The program includes rules explanations, examples of common and uncommon rules situations, and a series of quizzes and tests to confirm your understanding of the rules.
